Rick: I like Dr. Porter. He is easy to talk to, he tells you exactly what you need. He is just a good practice. Porter: Rick came into the office as a new patient. He’s had some restorative work done mainly ceric, single-visit type, crown dentistry, more minor restorative just fixing things that have broken down over time. But he is in need of a bunch of crazy restorative procedures. He is just a great guy and he and his wife are just wonderful people that we’ve come to really learn a lot about, know about, know about their family, and still see his daughter and his granddaughters.

Rick: The reason why we keep coming back is that the staff, the girls that were sitting behind those desks, the technicians, the nurse, the attendant, all of them. But obviously thanks them very well and they are very loyal and have very small turnover, that’s important.

And then Dr. Porter, he is always here. If everything is working well you are going to see him twice a year. That is the mainland schedule. That is when they are cleaning, they are checking.

And as long as you are doing everything they tell you to do, that’s probably enough. Now if you need dental work, well they have got to really do some serious dental work, implants, or straightening, or like my granddaughter had to have braces and all that, and that is a different story. You want to go to somebody that has really got that practice and has been there a long time and done it. Dr. Porter has.
